To be used on the new CAT engines that are being used in Off-Road Applications where the OBD plug has a 14pin connector rather than the standard 9pin.
Assuming you are using a CatCom3 you will still need the catcom3 14pin connecting cable to plug into the Bench Flash Harness.

If the ECM has 86-pins, and it running an off-road engine this cable will work.
The cable does not require a base cable with the tools with a 14 pin plugging directly into the cable

- Diagnostics when OBD plug faulty
- Programming the ECM when not on the engine
